I am currently developing a complete free open source help desk / ticketing system, Casilium. I have shared the project with a few people who have expressed an interest to see what the project is all about.

How is this project going?
I’ve been testing it for sometime and doing minor adjustments as it’s been going on to make sure it works how we want it.
I will be adding more features, the current source tree is available at GitHub - Casilium/casilium: Casilium is an open source ticket system. Hadn’t had much interest expressed from others to be honest, though it is what we are currently using
